About Change The World Consulting
Change the world Consulting was started in June 2002, to provide Diversity and EEO training to meet the needs of both Government Agencies and Private sector organizations. Late into the year 2001, two EEO professionals were chatting about the lack of Diversity training courses that focused on interpersonal training versus the 'heady' statistics based training. Finding very few companies who could provide that style of training, Henry and Matthew decided to start their own training organization. Since 2002, CTWC has trained over 10,000 employees in class sizes ranging from 20-200.
Effective organizations are always looking for ways to continue a healthy growth pattern. Many are asking their people to work even better as a team. Partnering with CTWC allows our clients to access the expert knowledge necessary to ensure that their cultural diversity is leveraged in a positive way. Each training Seminar is designed with your agencies’ specific goals in mind. Contact us today so that we can start planning for your next memorable and educational training session.
